China warehouse route

From seller parcel to your shipping agent

We receive 1688 supplier parcels at our Guangzhou warehouse, photograph them, check visible details, combine boxes and hand the cargo to your carrier for shipping to your country.

Seller ships

1688 sellers send parcels to our warehouse in Guangzhou.

Warehouse receives

We register each tracking number and link it to your order.

Photo report

Every tracking number gets its own cloud folder.

Warehouse check

We can count items and check visible details.

Consolidation

Parcels from many sellers become one cargo.

Export handover

We prepare documents, pack, label, weigh and measure.

Carrier pickup

Your carrier takes the cargo from our Guangzhou warehouse.

Every 1688 tracking number gets its own cloud folder.

When a supplier parcel arrives, we photograph the tracking label, the cargo under this tracking number, and by default we open the box and photograph what is inside. One tracking number means one folder.

All tracking folders sit inside one order folder. We can also combine several of your orders at the same time without chaos.

Three tracking numbers = three folders inside the same order folder.

Need more than photos? Ask for a warehouse check.

For an extra fee, we can count items and check color, size, model, set contents and visible damage. This is a warehouse check, not lab testing or certification.
